Define the look of the new 2026 Chevy Tahoe patrol fleet. Submit your concept, win the legacy.
THE 2026 CHALLENGE
Our Process
Texas State University is evolving, and our police fleet should move forward with us. Project Patrol is an initiative to gather creative input from our students, faculty, and staff to ensure our officers serve the community in vehicles that reflect Bobcat pride, visibility, and modern safety standards.
Community Influence & Final Selection
While community participation and voting are essential to this process, please note that the final selection will be made by the UPD Command Staff. Public votes serve as a primary guide for the department, but the ultimate decision must balance aesthetic popularity with technical requirements, such as high-visibility safety standards and long-term maintenance of the vehicle graphics.
