Advance Notice: All requests must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested event date.
Request Status: Submitting this form constitutes a request only and is not a guarantee that a visit will occur. Availability depends on the schedules of our volunteer handlers and the well-being of our K9 partners.
Operational Priority: Because our K9 teams are often part of active-duty service or crisis response, a visit may be canceled last minute or end early due to the volume of emergency calls or urgent operational needs. We will make every effort to notify the requester as soon as a conflict arises.
Therapy K9 Code of Conduct: To ensure a seamless and positive experience for our guests, handlers, and K9 partners, please review the Therapy K9 Code of Conduct prior to your event.
