Bike & Scooter Storage
Protect your bike or electric scooter from theft and harsh weather. UPD offers a free, secure indoor storage solution at our Substation, Matthew Street Garage.
- Mandatory Sign-Up: Reserve your space in advance.
- Avoid theft and weather damage.
- Receive drop-off instructions and times after registration.

Package Retrieval & Storage
If you are expecting necessary deliveries that will be left unsecured (e.g., on a porch, outside a door) during the break, UPD will retrieve and securely store them. This service prevents theft and weather damage of unsecured items.
- Available for both on-campus and off-campus (San Marcos) residences.
- Packages are logged and stored in a locked, climate-controlled UPD facility.
- Peace of mind: Your deliveries are safe until you return.
- IMPORTANT: We WILL NOT retrieve packages from secured locations (mailrooms, post office boxes, campus offices, etc.).

Vehicle Storage
Limited, FREE, and secure parking is available for students.
- Free service for approved students.
- Location close to UPD station for rapid response.
- Increased police presence.
- 24/7 Video Surveillance in parking area.
