  • Verification: The name on the delivered package must exactly match the name of the requester on the service order.
  • Package Condition: We only accept securely sealed, closed, and undamaged boxes. Unwrapped, loose, or damaged items will be denied.
  • Refrigeration & Freshness: We cannot accept any items requiring refrigeration, freezing, or climate control. We cannot guarantee the freshness of any food or perishable items.
  • Prohibited Materials: Includes weapons, illegal substances, live animals, hazardous chemicals, gasoline, aerosols, and other highly flammable materials.
  • Service area: Only packages originating within our designated service area are eligible for pickup.

This service is for registering packages expected to be delivered to an unsecured location (e.g., a porch, lobby) during the winter break. UPD will not retrieve from mailrooms, mailboxes, or leasing offices.

Terms & Agreement

  • I confirm that I have read and adhere to the Service Limitations & Prohibitions listed above.
  • I confirm that all items are securely sealed. I understand UPD will label the items upon retrieval.
  • I authorize UPD staff to retrieve packages left at the specified unsecure delivery location.
  • I understand that the service is for winter break storage only. Failure to pick up the device on the specified date may result in the item being considered abandoned property after a defined grace period (60 days) and may be subject to standard university property procedures.
  • I understand that I must present my ID at the time of pickup to retrieve my items.
