What Happens Next?
1. Review Your Confirmation Email.
A detailed summary of your submission including the tracking numbers, and appointment date will be sent to your TXST email address shortly.
2. UPD Retrieval
UPD staff will retrieve your packages from the unsecured drop-off location after successful delivery during the winter break period. Please ensure your delivery address and access code (if required) are correct.
3. Your Spring Pickup
A UPD representative will contact you via your TXST email to finalize the exact time of your pickup on the date you selected and will provide all necessary next steps. Please ensure you bring your ID for package retrieval.
